However they have very large project for french car manufacturer called Peugeot, they have to recreate the entire test track in every little detail. that is what they want to outsource currently, its a long job with many hours of work and has already been running for several months. There are other clients and other jobs too.

Payment depends on the freelancers work speed, skill level and aptitude, it also allows the freelancer to achieve a fair pay rate. (payment by paypal.)
