HBP Project Management company, a 100% Australian Construction Consulting Company is seeking to employ a full-time, suitably qualified Architect to join its expanding Architecture Division in Ho Chi Minh City .

HBP’s core services including Project Management; Architectural Design; Structural and Civil Engineering Design; M&E Design; Cost Management / Cost Control; and Construction Management. HBP is usually involved in projects from feasibility through to construction completion.

Skills

• Years of experience: At least 4 – 5 years experience
• Minimum education level: Architectural degree or similar
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English, understanding to fluent in English architectural vocabulary 
• Responsible for architectural projects design and development through all stages
• Resume with the type of project that you have worked on
• Communication with all project participants including clients if required
• Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction,
making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
• Computer literate in the use of common architectural related softwares (AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup) as well as common office software.
• Solid knowledge of architectural projects follow up from initial design stages right through to construction and project completion.
• Competence in architectural and interior overall designing as well as detailing.
• Ability to ensure projects requirements and deadlines are met.
• Strong organizational sense with ability to anticipate and plan projects requirements.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and be positively reactive to daily demands.
• Competence to undertake all administration, budget and coordination tasks pertaining to architectural projects.
• Aptitude and at ease to work on projects composed of multinational participants
• Vietnamese with international project experience
