***Mảng cơ khí kĩ thuật: 

■Position             : 3D CAD Operator 

■Job Description  :

• Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and more complex drawings (air conditioning equipment ).

• Works with Director of Engineering on guidelines for installation drawings which meet and exceed the customer’s requirements (bid and submittal phase). Implement these requirements on drawings sent to the customer.

• Serve as an information source on planning and design of equipment installations.

• Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (like drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and /performance guarantees) for future reference. engineers and project managers.

• Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings

• Other duties as required relating to CAD database maintenance,  etc.

■Requirement      :

Knowledge: can use AUTO CAD, REVIT to make 3D. also can use BIM.

Gender: any (prefer female) Working

Experience: more than 1 year experience of 3D CAD Others: can work immediately

English : conversation

 

*** Mảng xây dựng kiến trúc:

■Position             : 3DCAD Engineer

■Job Description  :

1.Uses computer assisted design/drafting (SolidWorks CAD) equipment and software to develop designs.

2.Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings).

3.Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.

4.Sketches rough layout of machine and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages and location of holes.

5.Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings.

6.Drafts detailed multi-view drawings of machine and products.

7.Draws finished designs from sketches. 8.Updates Drafting and Engineering Standards.

9.Sets up and maintains an organized file system for production drawings. 10.Converts existing production drawings to SolidWorks.

 

■Requirement      :

- Can use Revit or BIM(one of CAD system)

- Age: 26 - 40 

 

***■Position              : CAD OPERATOR (in ZEN PLAZA)  

■Job Description  :

- Copy the original drawing by CAD

- Follow complex instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings using company and government drafting standards

- Coordinate with designers, technicians, and other personnel to incorporate concepts and information into drawing packages ■Requirement       :

- Must have 1 year of experience of CAD Operator

- Can communicate with Japanese staff in English
