Lấy dữ liệu từ file xml

Em có các file xml chứa dữ liệu về cắt và lấy dấu trên thép tấm. Em cần chuyển đổi về CAD để nesting. Dữ liệu tấm đã được tối giản về chỉ gồm line, arc và text. Em cũng chỉ biết chạy vài script đơn giản. Em nghĩ phải dùng C# và đang định đi học thêm C#. Theo các bác thì dùng công cụ gì phù hợp để chuyển đổi dữ liệu xml sang CAD để em còn biết hướng cày thêm.
