Công trình số 10 là khu tưởng niệm quốc tế về chiến tranh ở Việt Nam nằm ở thành phố Washiton-Mỹ. Về ý nghĩa của công trình, tớ cũng không hiểu lắm nên post lên cho mọi người cùng bàn luận.

 

 

Khu tưởng niệm được chia thành 3 phần:

 

Phần 1 là cụm tượng 3 người lính trẻ mặc trang phục thời chiến tranh Việt Nam và chủ ý nhận diện giống như là người Mỹ, người Châu Phi và người Tây Ban Nha, Bồ đào Nha. Tượng này được khánh thành vào ngày Cựu chiến binh năm 1984 do Frederick Hart làm ra.

 

Phần 2 là một cụm tượng nữa có tên là Vietnam Women's Memorial. Chú thích là những người phụ nữ Mỹ phục vụ trong chiến tranh Việt Nam. Hầu hết họ đều ăn mặc như là y tá. cụm tượng này do Glenna Goodacre làm 11/11/1993.

 

Phần thứ 3 là bức tường ghi tên cựu chiến binh có tên là Vietnam Veterans Memorial do kiến trúc sư Maya Lin thiết kế
